Ordering & Payments
Placing an order is quick & simple. Once you have selected your choice of hair, add your order to the shopping cart. You will receive an email confirming your payment and what to expect next. Once your order has been submitted it can not be canceled.
All payments are processed through PayPal. Shipments can only be shipped to the address on your PayPal account. It is your responsibility to confirm your PayPal address. Having an unconfirmed PayPal address might delay shipping. All shipments must be sent to a physical address for U.S.A. residents ONLY.
We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes and a signature is required for all orders over $75.00!!!
For your convenience, we advise that you place your order as soon as possible; do not wait until the last minute. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER HAIR IF YOU NEED IT IN LESS THAN 7 BUSINESS DAYS!
Processing is 4 to 7 business days excluding weekends and holidays. (Kinky Curly and Kinky Afro Hair is 7 to 10 days processing time. This DOES NOT included shipping!
All other products such as shampoos and conditioners are processed and shipped out within 2 days (Tuesday-Friday). Orders that are placed after 3 pm on Thursday, Friday and Saturday; may not be shipped until the following Monday.
Our primary shipping carrier is the United States Postal Service. All shipments are shipped based upon the weight and ship First Class or Priorty Mail. All orders will ship from Virginia State and can estimate 2 to 5 days for delivery. If you live in the area you can pick your order up when it is available during normal business hours. Please call prior too, to make sure items are in stock. Once your order has shipped, the United States Postal Service is responsible for packages. If a package is returned or undeliverable you will be subjected to all additional shipping charges, if it's your fault. The 2 to 5 days is an estimated delivery time and we are not responsible for any carrier delays due to weather conditions, holidays, natural disaster, or invalid address. . All packages shipped will receive a tracking number, which is added to the system within 24 hours.
For all hair extensions, please do not call before the 7th business day inquiring about a tracking number; we will not be able to provide you any tracking information. Because we strive for excellence, once we have a tracking number we will forwarded to you as soon as possible. You will be responsible for tracking your package. However, if you have an issues with your package other than the incorrect product being sent, such as damage or missing content It is your responsibility to process a claim with USPS. The USPS grantuees up to $50 insurance on all priporty mail shipments, if your order is over $50 "WE" try to ensure that each order has enough insurance to cover any claim that may need to be issued, based off the amount of shipping paid on the original order.
Upon receipt of your order, please inspect for accuracy immediately!
If you are unhappy with your order you have 3 days to contact us. Please do not return merchandise without informing Beautiful Textures first. We are not responsible for any order until it is agreed upon, a return authorization is issued and it is signed for at our facility. Until we sign for it, you are still responsible for the order. If it gets lost and gets further damage, we have not to process a claim. Please note, we only EXCHANGE orders and issue store credit. We DO NOT issue refunds! Until we receive the order to assure it is our mishap you will be asked to pay for all shipping cost. Once the package is received, an exchange will be issued or a credit will be applied to your account. If it is something that we are responsible for we will issue you a credit to cover shipping as well.
The hair must be in the original state and packaging, hair ties in tack , along with the invoice. Hair can not be altered in any way, meaning you can not curl, braid, wash, dye, wear, cut, flat iron or add product of any sort. If so, it voids our return policy and therefore it's yours to keep and will not be accepted for exchange.
